The short version
AllPDF is a document scanner and PDF toolbox that runs on your phone.
Your documents, scans, and PDFs stay on your device. AllPDF has no user accounts and runs no server of its own, so we never receive or store your files. The only data leaving your phone is what Google's advertising and billing services collect to show ads and process the one-time ad-removal purchase, described below.
Your documents and files
Everything you create or import with AllPDF, camera captures, generated PDFs, imported files, is written to your device's own storage (the AllPDF folders in Documents and Pictures). These files are never uploaded to us or to any third party by the app. Deleting a file in AllPDF, or uninstalling the app, removes AllPDF's access to it in the usual Android way.
The camera permission is used only while you are actively scanning a document, to capture the pages you photograph. AllPDF does not record video, use the microphone, or access the camera in the background.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
Unless you purchase ad removal, AllPDF shows a banner ad supplied by Google AdMob. To serve ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and process:
- your device's advertising identifier and general device information (model, OS version, language, coarse region);
- approximate, non-precise location inferred from your IP address;
- ad interaction data (impressions and clicks) used to serve and measure ads and to detect invalid activity.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK, or Switzerland, AllPDF shows you a Google-certified consent form (via the User Messaging Platform) before requesting personalized ads, and you can change or withdraw that consent at any time from within the app.
Removing ads (Google Play Billing)
AllPDF offers a one-time in-app purchase that removes all ads. The purchase is processed by Google Play Billing; AllPDF never sees or stores your payment details. The app only learns whether the ad-removal entitlement is owned, so it can hide ads and restore your purchase on a new device. Payment handling is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
What AllPDF does not do
- No accounts, sign-in, or profiles.
- No analytics or tracking SDKs beyond what Google AdMob requires to serve ads.
- No selling or sharing of your files or personal data.
- No cloud storage or backup of your documents by us.
Children
AllPDF is a general-purpose utility and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Your choices
- Buy ad removal to stop ad-related data collection by the ads SDK.
- Reset or delete your advertising identifier in Android Settings, Privacy, Ads.
- In the EEA/UK/Switzerland, change your ad-consent choice from within the app.
- Delete any file directly in the app, or uninstall AllPDF to remove its access to your files.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new "last updated" date.
